Recebi o meu hoje.

"
Hi. I want to make clear that I haven't played the first game so my opinion is based on Charged only. I haven't played the demo also but I booted the game today and played for 4 hours, so this is my experience with the game.
First of all, if you are like me and think that this will be a Charged 2 forget about it as soon as you can or you will be disappointed. The game plays nothing like Charged. It isn't a bad point, but I still prefer the Charged "way".
There are some things that I think that are done well, but there are big flaws and this is letting me with mixed feelings about the game and the time that I want to put into it.
- gameplay feels slow. I understand that i'm still developing my skills in the game but I wish that it was a little more fast paced (personal preference).
- The camera is to far out and sometimes it's hard to see more details or even what is going on.
- Unlike charged this game only have 5 stadiums... the problem isn't that it's only 5 per se, but the fact that the field is almost the same. In charged every stadium has a different feel to it, the ball is faster/slower. Terrain differences brought variety.
- Everybody knows this, but 10 characters is too little, specially because you can only repeat Toad and Yoshi. Everybody loves Toad brigades, but there is no reason (besides toads and yoshis being species) to not allow this. It would bring more diversity.
- The goal keeper needs to be a little more refined. Sometimes he doesn't even try. Kritter worked better in charged. Sure he could be abused with chips and whatnot, but at least as a defender you could still prevent the goal if you know how.
- Control mapping should be in the game, the system mapping isn't practical. I often find myself wondering why they didn't put the items in R and the dodge in X. I would also much prefer to shoot in Y (I know that you guys want it in B). I guess that we will get used to it.
- QOL like loadouts. Really Nintendo/NLG? It's 2022... We should have an option to save presets/loadouts/whatever of character combinations with gear and whatnot. It is a drag to select the characters all the time, more than charged was. At least assume our last selection.
- I like the charge mechanic in charged better than this one. Sure, I need to git gud first to compare them, but It made the game more enjoyable for me.
- Not a fan of hypers, they take to long and break the flow of the game for me.
- It's 2022 and Nintendo don't use the invite function built in the system. What the hell Nintendo? There is no excuse to not let me invite other people to play with me. Look, If I can add random people that I played online I should be able to tell them that I want to play with them. This happens with Mario Tennis as well (and I far as I know other first party games).
- There should be more stats online. I can't tell how many matches I won online for example. Sure, when league starts you have more statistics (the game don't count match wins/losses/draws, only season. we should have matches also) but what about off season? How do we know that we have progressed? Open matches don't have any kind of stats. This is a big let down. Charged had striker of the day and striker of the week. Mario tennis has monthly rankings (win-losses track as well). If the game lacks content at least give us a motivation to play the game.
- In battle league mode you can only choose your character, the other 3 will be random. This is a deal breaker for me (I don't want Pauline being forced feed to me ). In all seriousness, this is a big flaw. We should be able to choose all our team roster in league mode. There is no a reason to be random.
After 4 hours I have mixed feelings about this. The gameplay while different seems fun enough to at least try to be good in the game but the lack of features (I'm not even talking modes) and some design choices make the longevity of the game a little in question, at least for me. I will play many hours but probably not the time that I was willing to put into the game.
Well, in time we will see...but the game could be so much more, it's a shame.. they weren't even trying with some stuff. :\
What is your experience? Do you feel the same?

Temos club?
